The administrator of personal data is Union Investment Institutional Property GmbH, a company incorporated under German law with headquarters in Hamburg, Germany (address: 70 Valentinskamp, 20355 Hamburg) (the "Company"), which will process the personal data. The personal data to the extent provided in the correspondence will be processed by the Company in order to provide an answer in accordance with the expressed consent pursuant to Art. 6 Clause 1 lit. a of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/ EC (GDPR).

Personal data may be disclosed to employees or associates of the Company, as well as the managing entity Ferio Konin and other entities that provide support to the Company on the basis of commissioned services, and in accordance with entrusted contracts. Personal data will be processed for the above purposes until the withdrawal of the consent based on which the data is processed. After withdrawal of consent, the data contained in the consent will be processed for a period of 6 years from the last use of the data for the above mentioned purposes.

Each person has the right to access their personal data and rectify it, delete it, limit processing, as well as the right to transfer data or to object to their processing and the right to revoke consent at any time and in a convenient way, in particular by sending notifications via e-mail: feriokonin@multi.eu, by post to the address: Administration Ferio Konin ul. Ogrodowa 31a, 62-571 Stare Miasto.

The data subject has the right to lodge a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection when the processing of his personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR. Providing personal information is voluntary.
